By submitting this booking form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once I have accepted your booking request in writing and any agreed booking fee has been received.
Booking Fee & Payment
Any booking fee required will be communicated before confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is payable on or before the date of the photography session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify me as soon as reasonably possible. Any cancellation fees or the forfeiture of a booking fee will be fair and reasonable, taking into account the circumstances and the Consumer Protection Act. Where possible, I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a change of date.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and ensuring they have any necessary permissions for the chosen location. Late arrival may reduce the available session time.
Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe agreed at the time of booking. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, in which case I will keep you informed.
Editing Style
You acknowledge that you have reviewed my portfolio and understand that images will be edited in my professional style. RAW or unedited images are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
Copyright & Usage
Copyright in all photographs remains the property of the photographer in accordance with South African copyright law. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
I will exercise reasonable skill, care and diligence in providing photography services. I will not be liable for delays, interruptions or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, power outages or other unforeseen events. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
Privacy
Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for the purposes of providing photography services and will be handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws.
