By submitting this booking form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation
   Your booking is confirmed only once I have accepted your booking request in writing and any agreed booking fee has been received.

2. Booking Fee & Payment
   Any booking fee required will be communicated before confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is payable on or before the scheduled shoot date.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify me as soon as reasonably possible. Any cancellation fees or forfeiture of the booking fee will be fair and reasonable, taking into account the circumstances and applicable South African consumer law. Where possible, I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new shoot date.

4. Creative Direction
   The creative concept, shot list and overall vision should be discussed and agreed upon before the shoot. While every effort will be made to achieve the agreed concept, artistic and creative decisions relating to filming and editing remain at my professional discretion.

5. Artist & Client Responsibilities
   The client is responsible for ensuring that all artists, performers, locations, props, vehicles and any required permissions or permits are available and ready at the agreed shoot time. Delays caused by the client or third parties may reduce filming time or require additional charges if extra time is requested.

6. Music & Copyright
   The client confirms they have the necessary rights or permission to use any music supplied for the project. The photographer/videographer accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement relating to music or other content provided by the client.

7. Delivery
   The final edited music video will be delivered within the agreed turnaround time. Delivery dates may be extended where delays occur due to client feedback, late content submissions or circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

8. Revisions
   The project includes the number of revision rounds agreed upon before production. Additional revisions or significant changes requested after editing has commenced may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and approved before work continues.

9. Copyright & Portfolio Use
   Copyright in the recorded footage and final production remains with the videographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the final delivered music video for its intended promotional and distribution purposes. I reserve the right to display excerpts or stills from the project for my portfolio, website and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability
    I will exercise reasonable skill, care and diligence in providing videography services. I am not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including adverse weather, equipment failure despite reasonable precautions, venue restrictions, power outages or other unforeseen events. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable South African law.

11. Privacy
    Personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for providing videography services and related communication and will be handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws.

12. Acceptance
    By submitting this booking form, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
